how to reduce under eye circles

iseng2 googling..abisnya bawah mata gw suka item jg ky org begadang mulu.haha emang suka kurang tdr si,dan kynya turunan jg nih mata bgini..haha so here's some tips to reduce the black circles under eyes:
1|| Get plenty of rest! Under-eye circles can be a result of sleep deprivation. Also, do not fall asleep when you head faces in a downward angle (keep it elevated), which may result in under-eye circles due to fluid draining to your face.
2|| Treat your skin while you sleep. There are overnight facial masques available that may help reduce the appearance of puffiness or discoloration, but you can also make your own. Just before you go to bed, take a washcloth and wet it just a bit with cold water. Then squeeze out any excess water and place it over your eyes as you sleep.
3|| Drink plenty of water. Drinking too much coffee or alcohol can do damage to your adrenals, so stay hydrated.
4|| Avoid sweets or cut down on them, as they can also affect the way your appearance looks.
5|| Apply cool tea bags, an ice cube wrapped in soft cloth, or cucumber slices to your eyes daily. The tannin in tea bags has been shown to reduce swelling and discoloration, and cucumber slices have long been used to reduce puffiness and refresh the appearance of skin around the eyes. Lie down, preferably in the morning, and leave fresh cucumber slices or cool, damp caffeinated tea bags (you can refrigerate them overnight so they’ll be ready) over your eyes for about 10-15 minutes. Keep your eyes closed.
6|| When using facial lotions, look for ingredients such as Vitamin E or chamomile, which will calm down any evidence of inflammation and make your skin look younger.
7|| Try to relax the space. You can do this by wetting a cotton swab and then freezing it for a little while. Then you should gently wipe under your eyes in the areas where the circles are occurring. When wiping, close your eyes and try not to flinch.
8|| Apply an eye cream containing vitamin K and retinol. Dark circles may be caused by a deficiency of vitamin K. Regardless of the cause, however, recent research has shown that skin creams containing these two ingredients reduce puffiness and discoloration significantly in many patients. Long-term daily use seems to have the greatest effect.
9|| Avoid rubbing your eyes. Usually rubbing of the eyes is brought on by allergies, but not always. Regardless of the reason, stop doing it. The rubbing irritates the skin and can break tiny capillaries beneath the skin, causing both puffiness and discoloration.
10|| Eat a healthy, balanced diet, take vitamins, and drink plenty of water. A whole host of cosmetic problems can be attributed to vitamin deficiencies. Dark circles and puffiness are often attributed to lack of vitamin K or inadequate antioxidants. Also, a deficiency in B12 (usually anemia-related) can result in dark circles. Be sure to get plenty of fruits and vegetables—especially cabbage, spinach, and other leafy green vegetables—and take a daily vitamin supplement if necessary. Get adequate fluids to improve circulation.
11|| Reduce salt intake. Excess salt causes the body to retain water in unusual places, and this can result in puffiness under the eyes. Too much salt can also impair your circulation, and cause the blood vessels under the skin to appear bluer.

me-time ^^

uahh..senangnya hari ini bisa di rumah :D wajar aja kan ya, 5 hr dlm seminggu udah ngikutin rutinitas, harus bangun pagi, tiap hari jm 7an udah harus jalan dr rmh, trus pulangnya baru malem..masi untung klo nyampe rumah smpet nyari hiburan ky nntn tv dsb..klo udah capek pulang2 pgnnya lgsg mandi trus tidur.hehe prnah waktu awal2 mulai kp gini gw sampe rasanya bosen harus mandi tiap malem, abisnya inget bsk malem msti mandi lagi dan seterusnya..kok rasanya jadi rutinitas banget yak.haha tapi lama2 jadi udah kebiasa ky gitu.hehe rumah jg udah jadi ky hotel nih, cuma buat nginep doang..malem check in, pagi udah harus check out.haha yahh, gitu kali ya klo udah kerja, waktunya jadi bener2 diabisin buat kerja, sampe waktu buat diri sendiri jadi kurang banget..malah mo ngobrol ma cici gw aja jadi jarang,utk bener2 ngobrol paling weekend,itu pun klo kita bareng2..klo masing2 pegi ga bareng2 ya ga ktemu deh.hoho malah kadang klo ky di hari biasa klo ktemu saking udah capeknya jadi sensi2an ngomongnya.haha
tadinya hari ini mau ada pindah2an di kantor..soalnya kantor mo pindah tmpat.. tapi trnyata kmaren br dibilangin ktnya diundur ga jadi hr ini.yasud deh..n mumpung ada kesempatan bisa di rumah gw mau nyantai2.yay! :D

Setiap orang membutuhkan me time, waktu untuk diri sendiri. Tak cuma wanita karir, ibu rumah tangga pun butuh me time. Kabarnya, jika seseorang sempat menikmati me time, rasa jenuh pada rutinitas bisa terobati. Ada orang yang menggunakan me time untuk menikmati hobi, memanjakan diri sendiri di spa, bertemu saahabat lama, atau sekedar tidur sampai puas. Bagaimana dengan Anda? so these are my me-time:
~bangun siang ~nonton film korea ~blogwalking ~journal-ing ~tidur lagii..hehe ~crafting (or just thinking for ideas) ~beres2 kamar ~main sama dexter+bersihin kandangnya ~jalan2(klo lagi mood ^^) ~dan seterusnya..(blom kepikiran lagi.hehe)
dan waktu yg paling pas bwt me-time itu cuma pas weekend :D
makanya, hari ini dlm rangka menjalankan me-time, gw mo nyantai di rumah aja..ga usa pegi2,bisa main n bersihin kandang dexter,bisa tidur2an lama di hammock,bisa nulis blog panjang ky gini(hehehe), bisa devotion lebih lama juga,n abis ini rencana mau beresin kamar :)

in ur mind



recently loving this tv ad.. gw bukan penggemar kopi..gw lebih suka teh.hehe tapi gw suka iklan ini soalnya messagenya bagus.. kadang ada hari2 dimana pas kita bangun tu bawaannya udah bete, bisa jadi gara2 kejadian yg kita alamin di hari seblomnya, ato gara2 mimpi semalemnya, ato bangunnya ga enak dll, jadinya pikirannya udah ga enak jg,, banyak pikiran negatif.. kyny mau ngadepin hari itu udah males gitu.. tapi justru klo keadaan ky gtu kita harus bisa mengubah pikiran n mindset kita.. klo dari pagi mikirnya udah negatif, ga heran klo hari itu pun bisa jadi hari yang buruk/bad day buat kita.. to be positive itu pilihan.. klo mau terus2an mikir negatif si ya boleh2 aja, tapi buat apa coba..cuma bikin kita jadi ga enak aja.. mendingan pikir positif..dan sudah terbukti dari pengalaman gw,dgn mikir positif n hoping for the best to come thru out our day,akhirnya everything came out great.. jadi it's all in ur mind :D ky judul lagu yaa.hehe
hmm hari2 gw menjalani kerja praktek udah 1 stengah bulan nih klo ga salah.. berasanya si jd ky udah lama ya kerja di kantor..tapi ya seneng si, jadi banyak belajar, baik soal interior, soal kerjaan, teknis2 gambar, yah semuanya deh.. hoho ngetes kesabaran jg.marenan itu brapa hari kompie gw ga bisa dipake bwat 3dmax.. dudul gtu maxnya..begitu dibuka loading eh trus mati aja gtu..jadi ga bs gmbr gw.. cuma bisa cad sama sketchup..diinstall ulang brapa kali udah nunggunya lama pula ga berhasil2..huahh.. akhirnya hr ini pk laptop d bikin maxnya..yahh jadi blajar sabar, n jadi memperdalam ilmu sketch up jg..hehe trnyata sketch up bs vray-an jg..hasilnya si klo gw googling gtu bagus2 jg ky max..tapi krn blom terbiasa ma menu2nya yg beda ma max jadi gw blom bisa.. mau blajar tapi masi blom kekumpul niatnya buat baca tutorialnya yang panjang lebar itu.hehehe
oya gw sangaaattttt bersyukur masi terus dilindungin sama Tuhan..hari ini gw untuk sekian kalinya hampirrrr nabrak org..huahh gile nih..bener2 ya kita mau jalan ati2 ky apapun tuh adaa aja yang bisa kejadian..motor main nyolong jalan lah.. orang nyebrang sembarangan.. angkot berenti seenaknya n sembarangan.. musti super duper extra carefull sekali klo nyetir di jakarta..terutama di daerah ciledug sono noh..minta ampun deh..makanya sampe skrg gw bersyukur banget masi terus dilidungin.thanks God.. :)
oya, tiap pagi jg gw jadi dilema mulu nih..jadi tuh ada satu ruas jalan di daerah ciledug gtu, dkt cipadu,yang ky pengkolan gtu, yang ujungnya pertigaan, jadi angkot2 suka pada ngetem sesukanya bikin macet jalan.. nah di pengkolan macet itu, di tengahnya kn ada pembatas jalan gtu, nah disitu tuh suka ada orang ngemis gtu.. bisa ada 4-5 org gtu disitu..ibu2 ato bapak2 ato ada satu bapak yang kulitnya bentol2 gtu serem deh.. mereka duduk ngemis disitu, di tengah2 jalan.. dan krn pas disitu suka macet, ya mau tak mau kita jadi pasti liat mereka..duh gitu dehh..gw suka dilema, bingung sndiri..rasanya kesian sama mereka, tapi dengan kita ngasi duit mulu ke mereka jg kn jadinya malah buat mereka terus minta2 di jalan itu kan.. duh makanya tiap pagi tu rasanya gimanaa gtu klo lewat situ..huahh bless them Lord..
hmm how to be a blessing to them tapi ga buat mereka terus minta2 gtu ya..
huahh sudahh dehh..mau tidur dulu..ciao~

dilarang malas!

ola :D
cuma mau merecap apa yang gw dapet hari ini..krn hari ini gw merasa 'tertampar'.. :)
hr ini yg bw sermon ps jeff.. masi ngelanjutin bahas tentang excellence.
~excellence is a journey, not a destination..
~excellence = sikap hati.. klo hati kita udah ada excellence, dengan sendirinya excellence itu kluar dari perbuatan, tingkah laku, perkataan, hidup kita..
~excellence = exceeding beyond the expectation of others..
~excellence brings honor to God.
nah berikut inilah yang cukup menampar gw :)..
~yang menghalangi kita untuk jadi excellent:
1. kemalasan! -> amsal 12:27 - orang malas tdk menangkap buruannya, orang rajin memperoleh harta yang berharga.
2. cepat puas (ga mau repot), ngerasa klo lumayan aja udah cukup.
3.broken focus - to be excellent means that we should have attention to the details..
nah klo kita udah bisa excellent, dengan sendirinya promotion dan berkat itu datang ke kita, karena kita jadi lebih dibanding dengan orang lain (punya standard yang lebih tinggi).

kenapa gw merasa tertampar?(udah bukan tertoel ato tersenggol doang,tapi tertampar.hehe) soalnya gw nyadar banget klo gw itu suka males,suka menunda apa yang harus/bisa gw lakukan di saat tertentu dengan alesan males lah,besok masi bisa lah,ah ntar aja dsb..ato kadang2 gara2 tergoda sama hal2 lain yang akhirnya bikin fokus gw ilang dari apa yang seharusnya gw lakukan (termasuk fb n internet!). pokonya dari tiga point penghalang excellence itu ada di gw.parah yaa.. :( but thanks God gw masi diingetin ky gini..
gw jg nyadar sbnernya gara2 kemalasan dan yg lain2 itu, banyak hal yang seharusnya udah bisa dicapai jadi blom kesampean cuma krn gw males dan terus menunda.. klo gw ga males buat latian sketch up n 3dmax gw pasti udah lebih jago ngegambar pk komputer skrg.. klo gw ga males untuk ngerjain idea2 yang udah gw kumpulin bwat bikin DIY project, pasti skrg udah ada banyak yang jadi, dan hal2 kecil itu juga bisa jadi benih buat mewujudkan mimpi2 gw.. yah kyny banyak si hal2 yang jadi tertunda krn point2 tsb..
sebenernya si niat hati maunya ga males, jadi excellent, tau apa yang mau gw capai dan apa yang harus gw lakukan dsb.. tapi ya gitu, gara2 bad habit itu, semua jadi tertunda.. n bener banget kata amsal 12 itu.. si orang males itu sebnernya udah tau buruannya, dia ngincer buruannya itu, tapi karena males dia jadi ga dapet apa yang dia mau.. beda sama orang rajin.. dengan jadi excellent, dia memperoleh harta yang berharga.. *tertamparr lagi :(
hmm.. jadii..mulai hari ini gw mau belajar say no sama yang namanya males..mgkn masi susah2 gampang..krn yg namanya bad habit, udah kebiasaan ktnya susah bwt diilangin.. tapiii... aku pasti bisaaa!! doakan saya yaa!! :D

excellence is expensive, cause there's a price that must be paid to be excellent.
